Our definition of a "career plan" includes :

- The period of training : General preparation of the body for the stresses of sport and specific preparation (acquisition of motor skills appropriate to the activity, acquisition of the basics). The intensity of training increases gradually, from 2 sessions per week to one session daily.

- The period of exploiting the possibilities : the athlete enters the higher competition phase requiring a volume and quality of training close to the maximum intensity bearable: this is.... the golden age, difficult to control because failure can quickly follow victory, if there has not been real psychological training.

- The period of maintaining performance : a delicate moment where you have to individualize training to the maximum to compensate for the reduction in the sportsperson's potential; often improvements in technique and experience acquired make quality results possible

- The period of re-adaptation to everyday life : totally neglected, this return to normal life is very difficult for a top athlete, bewildered by the lack of a clear framework with two or three daily workouts. It is therefore essential to provide progressive ... detraining with a decrease in sessions (quality and quantity) for the body to regain normal functionality, as well as a dietary plan to prevent weight gain due to absorption of the same number of calories as in times of intensive efforts.
